1. Agreement

By using Social AMP, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.

2. The service

Social AMP provides social media growth services on a month-to-month basis. We don't guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or business outcomes, though we work hard to make you happy with results.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and access you give us, and for ensuring our activity on your account complies with the platform's terms of service.

4. Payment & cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime — your service continues through the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Limitation of liability

Social AMP is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
